Vijaya Ghosh brings over two decades of experience in evangelising and enabling data centricity and smarter decisions using data. She comes with wealth of expertise in driving data based consulting and design thinking for accelerated business impact with Fortune 500 companies across CPG, retail, financial services & manufacturing industries. Vijaya has set-up and led winning teams across high growth start-ups like Antuit, Marketics, Manthan as well as enterprises like IBM, Tata Motors and TCS. In her present role, Vijaya leads the delivery, solutions and growth strategies in Consumer Industries at BRIDGEi2i, trusted partner for AI and Digital Transformation.

Vijaya is also highly active with data science leadership community in India and enjoys sharing thoughts in multiple industry forums. She is a postgraduate in Management from SPJIMR, Mumbai and lives in Bangalore with her husband and teenage son. She hosts a Youtube channel reading stories for young children and volunteers with an academy teaching children with special needs, engaging them with stories.
